- You must indicate whether you are the composer, librettist, or composer/librettist and provide your contact information.
- You may attach narrative biographies, resumes, and headshots for the composer and/or librettist, but these are not required.

Step 2
- You must provide the title of your submitted work and the date(s) composed.
- You must provide a synopsis, program notes, and performance history.
- You must attach at least one score file (in PDF) and may attach up to ten.
- You must attach at least one audio file (in mp3 or MIDI) and may attach up to ten.
